1. About us

www.saadhustore.com and shop.saadhustore.com (together, the "Store") are operated by Wise Solutions, a proprietorship firm with its office at Sector 50, Gurugram, Haryana 122018, India. "Saadhu" is a brand of Wise Solutions. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Wise Solutions, and "you" refers to anyone who visits or buys from the Store.

2. Acceptance

By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Store under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and be capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.

4. Products

We sell printed apparel and posters, each printed to order. We try to show products, colours and print placement as accurately as possible, but actual colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping within India is free. Online payments are processed securely by our payment partner Cashfree Payments; we do not store your card or bank details. We may correct pricing errors and may cancel and fully refund an order placed at an incorrect price.

6. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is successful and you receive an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if a product cannot be produced, if we suspect fraud, or if delivery is not possible to your address.

7. Shipping, cancellations and returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and cancellations, replacements, size exchanges and refunds by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

8. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, text, logos and other content on the Store belong to Wise Solutions or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Store, including by attempting unauthorised access, submitting false information or placing fraudulent orders.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.

12. Grievance redressal

For any complaint, contact our Grievance Officer, Rohit, at support@saadhustore.com. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the Store at the time of your order applies to that order.
