Where we ship

We currently ship only within India, to all serviceable PIN codes.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all orders across India.

Processing and delivery time

Every item is printed to order. Orders are printed, packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of being placed. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–5 days to metro cities and 5–8 days to the rest of India. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email and/or SMS so you can follow your shipment.

Delays

Remote locations, weather, festive-season volumes or courier disruptions can occasionally cause delays. If your order has not arrived within the timelines above, contact us and we will follow up with the courier.

Undelivered orders

If a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because nobody was available to receive it after repeated attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
