Saadhu (www.saadhustore.com and shop.saadhustore.com) is a brand of Wise Solutions, Gurugram, Haryana, India ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have, in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Information we collect

  • Order and contact details: your name, shipping and billing address, phone number and email address.
  • Order information: the products you view, add to cart and buy, and your order history.
  • Payment information: payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. We receive confirmation of payment but do not see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
  • Communications: messages you send us for support.
  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device information, and how you use the Store, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

  • To process, print, ship and support your orders, including cancellations, replacements and exchanges.
  • To send order and delivery updates.
  • To prevent fraud and keep the Store secure.
  • To improve the Store and our products.
  • To send marketing messages, only where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed to fulfil your order and run the Store: Shopify (store and checkout platform), Cashfree Payments (payment processing), our print and fulfilment partner, and courier companies (delivery). We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
