About Saadhu
Saadhu is dharma in form. Each piece carries a Sanskrit shloka. These are lines that have guided seekers for thousands of years, set into clothing and art you can live with every day.
Our first drop, Anitya, is built around Bhagavad Gita 2.14: the reminder that heat and cold, pleasure and pain, come and go. They are impermanent, and the wise learn to endure them. We wanted that verse close to the skin, on a heavyweight acid-washed tee that softens with every wear.
How we make it
- Printed to order in India. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Your piece is printed after you order it, so there's less waste and no overstock.
- Heavyweight fabric. 240 GSM super-combed, pre-shrunk cotton with an acid wash, cut in an oversized unisex fit.
- The shloka comes first. Every design starts from the verse, its meaning and its context. The story behind each shloka is on our blog.
Who we are
Saadhu is a brand of Wise Solutions, based in Gurugram, Haryana. It was started by Rohit, a long-time yoga practitioner and teacher, to bring the texts he studies into everyday life.
